A VPS, or Virtual Private Server, provides an isolated server environment with allocated CPU, RAM, storage and network resources. It can be used for websites, applications, development projects, databases and other supported workloads.

What VPS configurations are available? +

Available configurations vary by product. Each VPS product page provides the applicable CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, network, IP and operating system information before purchase.

Which operating systems can I use? +

Depending on the selected VPS, available operating systems may include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora and Windows Server. Always check the individual product page for the current operating system options.

Do I get root or administrator access? +

VPS plans that include root or administrator access allow customers to manage their server environment, install supported software and configure their system according to their requirements. Access details depend on the selected product.

How is my VPS service delivered? +

After a successful order, the VPS configuration is prepared according to the purchased product. Service access information and relevant setup details are provided through the delivery process. Availability and provisioning time can vary by product and infrastructure capacity.

Will I receive VPS login information by email? +

VPS access and configuration information may be delivered to the email address associated with your order. Please make sure your billing information and email address are accurate during checkout.
